Communication with third parties (e.g. security policy forums, intelligence services, journalists, bloggers)
is exclusively anonymous. You do not need to provide real names or organizations that you represent.
We are only interested in your contributions (push system), which we verify ourselves using
Google Earth before publication.
The OSInt-RuMiLoc team is a group of volunteers who collect information about Russian military locations using OSInt and verify them with the help of Google Earth. The volunteers are based in completely different regional locations and communicate with each other via an encrypted email network with encrypted mailboxes from Tutanota.com.

We would like to receive reports about new locations or suggestions for changes/additions to our publications to the following email, which will then be distributed internally for further processing. The following two options for communication exist:

Encrypted email network with encrypted Mailbox
or
via Email

Depending on the type of report, please copy one of the following HEADER LINES into the message section first, add your basic information within the slashes and describe details of the report under REMARKS. Please use these HEADER LINES it helps us to automate the distribution of your message and our processing.
